Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy that creates a heightened focused state to help an individual through guided imagery deal with issues.

As a hypnotherapist, it works by me speaking directly to your subconscious mind to eliminate any unwanted habits or patterns of behaviour.

Some of the more common habits or behaviour patterns I am asked to treat are: over eating; smoking; drinking; lack of confidence; anxiety, and stress.

Although studies have shown hypnotherapy’s surprising effectiveness on more physical based conditions, such as IBS and chronic pain.

Even issues with sleep, such as insomnia, training your mind to quieten when you get into bed, or even sleep walking, training yourself to wake up when your feet hit the floor.

Clinical studies have shown the our actual thoughts and even outlook on life all has an effect on your body, so I am more than happy to discuss and treat any other issues you may have.

Whilst in a state of hypnosis, you are very relaxed, completely aware of your surroundings, and totally in the moment.

Sessions Cost £25 and last 1 hour
